Art of Arancini
To celebrate our Tangled Roots exhibition, join us for a short and engaging food demonstration exploring grasses in one of their most delicious forms. Using rice, we’ll show you how to create golden, crispy arancini — including the art of rolling, stuffing, and crumbing them to perfection.
We’re surrounded by grasses in many disguises, and they play a bigger role in our cooking than we often realise.
This demonstration is free to attend, suitable for all ages, and no booking is required. It will be held in the Visitor Centre.
