Grounded Mindfulness

Celebrate our exhibition Tangled Roots, by connecting with nature and feeling the grass beneath your feet. Join us for a 15 minute session to anchor your awareness in the present moment through your body, senses, or breath to reduce stress and enhance clarity. We host 4 sessions every quarter of an hour, starting at 11am (i.e 11am, 11.15am, 11.30am and 11.45am) so drop in at the time that suits you to be guided through this meditation.

Meet at the Urban Trees shelter. Look out for the pink flag.
