Nature journal your winter walk - a family drop-in activity
Do you have super sharp eyes? Do you come home from a walk with your pockets filled with all sorts of interesting things? Winter is a wonderful time to look closely at nature. We see changes in the vege garden, leaves and seedpods, feathers, dropped nests and twigs, mosses and lichens and a surprising number of flowers!
Botanical artist and nature journaler Jennifer Duval-Smith will show you how to record your walks and the seasonal things you see in a simple concertina folded nature journal. No experience is necessary and all materials are provided.
We request that very young artists be accompanied by their grownup for this activity.
